2.2 Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

2.3 Account Types: Different account types (Author, Publisher, Admin) have different privileges and restrictions as outlined in our pricing and features documentation.

3.1 Your Content: You retain all ownership rights to manuscripts and content you submit to the Platform. By submitting content, you grant BigAuthor a limited license to display, store, and transmit your content as necessary to provide our services.

3.2 Platform Content: All Platform features, functionality, and design are owned by BigAuthor and protected by intellectual property laws.

3.3 User Responsibility: You represent and warrant that you own or have necessary rights to all content you submit, and that such content does not infringe on third-party rights.

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform
• Use automated systems to access the Platform without permission
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform

5.1 Subscription Plans: Certain features require paid subscriptions. Current pricing and features are detailed on our Pricing page.

5.2 Billing: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred.

5.3 Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

5.4 Refunds: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on first-time subscriptions.

6.1 Platform Role: BigAuthor facilitates connections and negotiations but is not a party to any agreements between users.

6.2 User Responsibility: Users are solely responsible for the terms of their agreements. We recommend seeking legal counsel before entering into contracts.

6.3 No Guarantee: We do not guarantee that negotiations will result in agreements or that agreements will be fulfilled.

7.1 "As Is" Service: The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

7.2 Limitation: To the maximum extent permitted by law, BigAuthor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Platform.
